Proceedings of the XBRL Academic Track
Since the 1st European Banking Supervisors XBRL Workshop in February 2005, the Community meets regularly, attracting more and more audience. From May 2012 on, different events across Europe were convened together in the XBRL week as a common place for the XBRL Europe Day, the Eurofiling Workshop, CEN ws/XBRL, European WGs, Training and other events.
The XBRL week brings together European Regulatory and Supervisory entities, International Reporting Initiatives, Technical & Training Tracks, and Cross-sector seminars into one place at no-fee registration. It provides an open space for sharing ideas and experiences from established and emerging reporting domains using standards.
The Academic Track is part of the XBRL week since 2016.
The XBRL week in Frankfurt 2017 (website 2017.eurofiling.info) is kindly hosted by the European Central Bank in the week of 6th to 9th June 2017 (5th is Whit Monday) .
This is an opportunity for academics and industrial researchers to present their work not only to researchers and practitioners of XBRL, but also to regulators, supervisory entities, software providers and reporting initiatives.
